The Seahorse Extracellular Flux Analyzers (XF) have been used by researchers worldwide to gain a better understanding of metabolic processes, metabolic diseases, and mitochondrial function. Seahorse XF technology, backed by over 1500 customer publications, reports the activity of the two major cell energy pathways: Mitochondrial Respiration, measured by Oxygen Consumption Rate (OCR) and Glycolysis, measured by Extracellular Acidification Rate (ECAR). Join us for a one-day workshop and learn how a simple XF assay provides data that can verify gene expression profiles, identify metabolic phenotypes and assess bioenergetic health using only a few thousand live cells.
The workshop is October 27th from 9:30am-3:00pm and will include both hands on lab experiments and seminar (see agenda below). You are welcome to join the entire day or just the lunch seminar at 12:05pm. Please contact Jared Fernandez (jared.fernandez@agilent.com) to register for the workshop or if you have any questions.
