University Physicians Presents this year’s CSEC Shirt Fundraising Sale!
Join TEAM UConn in our mission to make a difference in our community by purchasing a limited edition shirt! We are offering two styles this year to please everyone! This sale is for a limited time only. Credit card payments will end on October 28 and cash payments will be taken up to November 4.
Tee Shirt is $15 and the Baseball Raglan Shirt is $25.
Cash payments can be sent to Crystal Trudel by completing the order information below. Crystal will pick up orders for 5 or more shirts by either calling ext 3762 or emailing TRUDEL@UCHC.edu to make arrangements.
