On Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 1 to 5 a.m., there will be a downtime for OnBase.
This OnBase upgrade will coincide with the January monthly Epic maintenance window to minimize overall downtime. During this time, the following will not be allowed:
- Front-end scanning of photo ids and insurance cards. Please copy and add a patient label to be scanned by HIM.
- Viewing of scanned images from the Media Tab
- Viewing of documents through Patient Scans button on the Media tab
- Access the Unity client
