Course Title: Optimizing Research Pharmacy Support of a Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Clinical Site Network

Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
- Learn how Research Study teams and Research Pharmacy teams collaborate in conducting clinical research trials.
- Hear about the Hub and Spoke Model of patient care, as exemplified by the Yale Cancer
Center/Smilow hospital main campus and 14 care center satellites and affiliated hospitals. - Learn how the pharmacy team provides direct and remote pharmaceutical care and services/
- Hear about role of technology in conducting pharmaceutical care and IP management for our research patients.
- Hear about ongoing growth and development of standard operating procedures focusing on pharmacy activities.
- Look forward to future IP and network site evolution/
Cost: Free Admission
Credit: SOCRA Members may claim 1 CE towards SOCRA Recertification.
