UConn Health faculty, postdocs and graduate students:
Are you interested in incorporating advanced "omics" technologies to identify and quantify biomolecules in complex mixtures? UConn has its very own state-of-the-art mass spectrometry analytical laboratory that uniquely specializes in biological applications to help you. The UConn Proteomics & Metabolomics Facility (PMF, https://proteomics.uconn.edu) provides biomolecule characterization via proteomics- and metabolomics-focused analysis for a wide range of matrices including biofluids, cultured cells, and tissues. Need help getting started?
Jeremy Balsbaugh, Ph.D., Director of PMF, will be visiting the Farmington campus Wednesday, April 3. Contact him directly to schedule in-person consultations to learn more about PMF analytical capabilities, discuss how to integrate novel mass spectrometry methods in your current or future projects, get started on experimental planning, and to get your specific questions answered.
