  • 3/26 IT Update: Connexall Server Upgrade 10a-12p Tues

    The Connexall software system, used to send messages from the Hospital Nurse Call and Patient Monitoring systems, will be moved to a new server during this time.

    • Voalte voice calls and text remain functional.
    • Rauland Nurse Call will alarm at the nurse station and within the patient room (REMINDER to set to Nurse Call downtime procedures).
    • Patient Monitoring will alarm in the patient room.
    • Tugs remain functional.         
    • Rauland Nurse Call and Nihon Kohden Alerts & Alarms will not be sent to the Voalte phones.
    • Connexall DAC will not be available – the CMU will call the nurses on the unit.
    • Messages from the Tugs will not be sent to the Voalte phones during this outage.

    IT will send a communication as soon as Connexall is available.

    Please call the IT Service Desk with any issues you experience during and after the downtime.
