In the second phase of the study, you are being invited to participate in a virtual reflective interview, lasting up to 90 minutes. In the third phase of the study, are being invited to participate in a virtual reflective cognitive interview, lasting up to 90 minutes. You may volunteer to participate in any or all of the three study activities where you will be compensated a $50 e-gift card after each session (i.e., focus group, reflective interview, reflective cognitive interview). Participants may not benefit from participation, though you may benefit by providing your voice in the development of a measure that may be utilized in research to support and understand the experience of adjunct faculty.

To be eligible to participate, you must (1) be able to read and speak in English; and (2) be employed part-time at the University of Connecticut in an adjunct faculty role (also known as an adjunct instructor or lecturer), be tenure-ineligible, in a fixed-term, contract-renewable appointment.
