  • Are You Looking to Lose Weight as a Couple?

    The University of Connecticut (Dr. Amy Gorin, Principal Investigator) is conducting a no-cost research study designed to help couples lose weight together through healthy eating and physical activity. Medication is not used in this study. 

    You will get: 

    • A free online weight loss program delivered on a mobile app. 

    • Personalized feedback to help you lose weight. 

    • Receive a free FitBit tracker and scale. 

    • You may lose weight, improve your health, and feel better!!! 

    Program Details: 

    • Weight loss program focused on healthy eating and exercise. 

    • NO medication 

    • You will receive $125 for completing the study. 

    • No in-person visits 

    • Completely online 

    To qualify, you must be: 

    • Between the ages of 18-75 

    • Have a smartphone with internet access 

    • Married or living with a significant other who also wants to lose weight
