David Palmlund from Particle Metrix will demonstrate the ZetaView x30 Quatt system. This instrument can be used to measure and count small particles such as extracellular vesicles. Like all the ZetaView’s, it measures size, concentration, and zeta potential. It also has four lasers (405, 488, 520, and 640nm) for specified fluorescence measurements. Some of the new features the x30 offers are real time particle sizing/concentration, colocalization detection, and a high-resolution mode. There will be an opportunity to run your own samples in this instrument.
