Outpatient Pavilion (S) – 1st Floor – S1628 Radiation Oncology Exam Rooms
- Project Scope: Renovate team space S1628 into five new exam rooms and one vitals area. Renovate records room S1521 into a team space for eight staff.
- Schedule: Construction is in progress and is expected to be complete in June 2023.
- Impacts:
- Construction will mostly occur during normal business hours within enclosed construction areas. Certain activities will occur off hours due to their nature and will be coordinated in advance.
- Be aware of posted signage. Do not enter construction areas.
- Construction work may generate some intermittent noise and odors. Please contact Janice Hill at 860-480-6392 with any issues.
Outpatient Pavilion (S) – 4th Floor – S4528/S4530 Convert to Infusion Room
- Project Scope: Combine rooms S4528 and S4530 and renovate into a four-station infusion room.
- Schedule: Construction is in progress and is expected to be complete by March 2023.
- Impacts:
- Construction will mostly occur during normal business hours within enclosed construction areas. Certain activities will occur off hours due to their nature and will be coordinated in advance.

Outpatient Pavilion (S) - 3rd Floor – S3281 X-Ray Room Fit Out
- Project Scope: Fit out empty room for installation of additional X-Ray unit.
- Schedule: Construction is complete except for the replacement of one existing corridor door which will take place in February when the new door arrives.
- Impacts:
- Replacement of the door and frame will take place over a weekend when the space is unoccupied.
- Be aware of posted signage. Do not enter construction areas.

MSI Building (N) – 1st Floor – N1053 & N1058 Bone Density Equipment Replacements
- Project Scope: Fit out N1058 for one new bone density unit, then remove two existing bone density units from N1053 and install one new in that location. Widen two doors leading from waiting room to corridor to improve wheelchair and stretcher access.
- Schedule: Phase 1 Room N1058 is complete. Phase 2 Room 1053 and Phase 3 corridor doors will be complete by April.
- Impacts:

Clinic (C) – 2nd Floor –C2005, C2037, C2042, and C2047 Lab Medicine Space Utilization Needs
- Project Scope: Renovation of storage area and fit out for office space.
- Schedule: Construction ongoing. Tentative completion date week of January 30th.
- Impact:
- Construction is scheduled during normal business hours.
- Periodically the contractor will need access to the corridors - minimal impact due to construction.
- Be aware of posted signage and do not enter construction areas.
