UConn Health welcomes Dr. Hassaan Aftab, a board-certified endocrinologist specializing in diagnosing and treating conditions affected by osteoporosis, diabetes, and thyroid diseases.
Special Interests Include: Diabetes melitus, thyroid cancer, endocrine neoplasia, hyperthyroid and hypothyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, adrenal disorders and bone health/osteoporosis.
Dr. Aftab is accepting new patients in Farmington and West Hartford.
