The Employee Assistance Program's newsletters, Frontline Employee and Frontline Supervisor, are published and posted monthly on the EAP website. Click Publications in the right column and scroll down to the March 2021 editions. (Please note: our publisher has experienced a delay with the March editions; we expect to have both available to view later in the week.)
As we approach the one year mark of modifying how we live and work, it is important to remember that one hallmark of being resilient is feeling you aren’t powerless against challenges- even big ones! The EAP encourages you remain vigilant with CDC recommendations and think about creative ways to connect with those you care about.
The EAP is also pleased to welcome back Elizabeth Robinson, as a rehired retiree, to the EAP team. Many of you know Liz as the program manager of UConn Health’s EAP for over 26 years. We’re thrilled Liz has agreed to lend a hand over the coming months and is available to see employees as one of our counselors.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential assessment, brief counseling and referral service available to all employees and their family members. During the COVID-19 outbreak, the EAP remains operational and is scheduling telehealth appointments. To schedule, or to speak with an EAP counselor, please call 860-679-2877 or contact us by email at uchc_eap@uchc.edu.
