Starting in the new year, AITS will be changing the way it receives support calls. Beginning Monday January 4th, students, faculty and staff will contact the UCH Central IT Helpdesk for all non-classroom/non time-sensitive issues, and requests outside normal business hours (7:30am-4:30pm). This will ensure issues received are documented and addressed quickly and fully. Time-sensitive issues requiring immediate attention - such as live classroom support, virtual classes, MPH night classes and exams – will continue to be made to AITS directly.
