We are asking all staff whose role impacts patient care, both directly and indirectly, to participate in the Patient Safety Survey, which is running through Nov. 15.
Responses are anonymous and the survey takes less than 10 minutes. Your perspective is essential for ensuring our staff, work environment, and patient care are the safest and highest-quality possible. This data will help identify opportunities to improve and strengthen our patient safety processes and protocols.
