    Powerful Aging exercise class now has openings on Mon., Wed. and Fri. at 7:30 am and Tue. and Thur. at 3:30 and 5:30.

    Powerful Aging is designed for adults in generally good health. It will improve strength, endurance, mobility, balance  and coordination.
