Beginning this week and continuing for a number of months, approximately 600 consultants will be arriving at UConn Health to assist in the implementation of HealthONE go-live. Some consultants will be at UConn Health for a short period of time, and others will remain throughout the training process. All consultants have passed approved background checks and will be issued ID badges. Each consultant should visibly display a photo ID issued by their organization and either one of two ID badges issued by UConn Health without an accompanying photograph.
One type of UConn Health ID badge will be a vendor badge issued by Logistics Management. A copy of such a badge is depicted here. Please note that this badge will have a green dot in the bottom left portion of the badge. The badge will also specify a date range for when the badge is authorized.
The second badge type will be a UConn Health contractor badge without an accompanying photograph. This badge will display an expiration date on the top left portion of the badge. Both type badges will indicate whether the person is employed by Epic or CSI.
