Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the Student Union, including the Information Center, Ticket Booth, and Game Room.
- Supervise all student staff working in various areas.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Work with the customers of the Student Union in meeting their needs.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations with a positive attitude and successfully resolve conflicts.
- Must have a positive and enthusiastic customer-oriented attitude and professional image.
- Ability to work with and supervise peers.
- Ability to interact effectively in a culturally and ethnically diverse community.
- Have the flexibility to work a varying schedule.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better
- Must be available for a minimum of two semesters and must be an undergraduate student.
