In the fall of 2017, the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) partnered with UConn and several colleges and universities to create a statewide U-PASS CT Program<http://www.ctrides.com/u-pass>, a student pass valid on bus and train service in Connecticut, to encourage student use of public transportation.
