  • Mental Health Monday

    Quote of the Week:

"Storms make trees grow deeper roots."

Mental Health Tip of the Week:

Indulge a little this week! It's important to treat yourself, and dark chocolate is a productive way to do that. The flavonoids, caffeine and theobromine in chocolate are thought to work together to improve alertness and mental skills. This way, by indulging in something a little sweet, you can improve your mood and enjoy something delicious!
