Research suggests college students need 7 to 9 hours of restful sleep every night. On March 29th, Health Education will be hosting a Sleep Wheel to help UConn students learn more about healthy sleep! Spin the wheel, answer a question and win a sleep- related prize! The wheel will be open on Wednesday, March 29th from 9am-5pm.
