The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics will be running computer-based experiments next Monday (March 6), Tuesday (March 7) and Wednesday (March 8). We are looking for volunteers. The experiment will run for about 1.5 hours. You will participate in a simulated market environment at computer terminals, seeking to earn as much money as possible over the course of the experiment. Your earnings during the experiment will translate to an amount of actual earnings that you get to take home with you. The better you do in the experiment, the more money you will take home. Typical earnings will be between $20 and $30, while the actual earning can be lower or higher, depending on your individual performance. You will be paid in cash after the experiment. All sessions will take place in the W.B. Young building, Room 304. See this link for the location (YNG, C6). This experiment is approved under IRB Exemption #X12-129 protocol.
