Do you play an instrument and enjoy making lound noises? Well UConn Rock Ensemble is the group for you! This Thursday, we will be hosting auditions for musicians of all makes and models to come out and show us what you got! Any musician, singer or instrumentalist, interested in playing rock/metal/funk/pop music is welcome to audition, but we are especially interested in trumpet, trombone, and alto or tenor saxophone players this semester. Come prepared with a short piece of music you can perform that shows a representative sample of your skills.
Auditions will be held Thursday, January 26th at 8:00 PM in the room 107 of the Music Building. We will provide guitar and bass amps, a keyboard, and a drum kit, otherwise, please bring your own instrument. If this is an issue, feel free to shoot us an email!
