Are you trying to get involved? Still don't know what clubs to join? Are you a dog/cat lover? Well I've got a perfect proposition for you! Currently, I am trying to start a special interest club at UConn. 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters every year in the United States alone and 2.7 million are euthanized. I am trying to start a club that will aid in finding homes for shelter animals. Right now this club is in its inception and I am looking for people who'd like to be officers (Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Advisor).
