It's not too late to join UConn's co-ed Bollywood dance team, SHAH RU CONN, at our OPEN practice TODAY, 9/20 in the Student Union Ballroom (SU331)! Come for a great workout with us as we show you some high energy HFD (Hindi Film Dance) moves!
There is no obligation to join, and NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! We pride ourselves as a team formed of very diverse backgrounds and skill sets, Undergraduate AND Graduate students, coming together to share a collective creative vision on stage!
We've performed all around campus at many showcases and events and have begun our foray into HFD competitions - we just recently traveled to our very first competition last spring in sunny California!
