This semester, the student-run theater organization UConn Dramatic PAWS (Producing, Acting, Writing Students) will be performing Legally Blonde The Musical. This musical comedy, based on the original hit movie, follows Elle Woods on her journey from sorority girl to Harvard Law School student.
We are seeking performers for all roles in the show, including leads and featured ensemble parts. The show requires a large cast and high-energy ensemble. People of all majors and levels of experience are welcome to audition.
Please prepare a 1-2 minute comedic monologue and a verse/chorus of a song in the style of the show (musical theater or pop), to be sung a cappella. Memorization is preferred, but not required.
Audition dates/locations:
Wednesday, 9/14 7-10pm: Student Union 303
Thursday, 9/15 7-10pm: Student Union 320
Callbacks will take place on the evening of Friday, 9/16.
Rehearsal schedule:
Tuesday/Thursday, 7-10pm
Sunday, 2-6 pm

11/11 and 11/12
