Join the Petey Greene Program here at UConn. To give you a little overview of the program here at UConn, it runs on Wednesdays 9 am - 12 pm and Fridays 9 am - 12 pm. We take six students on Wednesdays and Fridays from the indicated times above to the Brooklyn Correctional Institution where we tutor the inmates to help them get their GED. The prison is a level three medium security institution. You don't attend both days, just one of the days.
There is still a spot open for Wednesday and Friday.If chosen, there will be a training this Saturday for all new and returning tutors from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.
