Join the Resident Assistants for Social Justice Education and Residential Life for a screening of The House I Live In followed by a moderated discussion about mass incarceration.
Our panelists for the night will be: Dr. Jeffrey Ogbar, Professor of History at UConn, Dr. Heather Turcotte, Assistant Professor of Political Science at UConn, Shanduke McPhatter, a community outreach organizer and Andre Rosedale, a former patrol officer that is a part of LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition)
There will be a Q & A session at the end of the panel for students to pose questions to the panelists.
