Do you have ADHD?
We are recruiting adults with ADHD for an EEG study examining how the brain locks onto speech when other sounds are competing for attention.
You may be eligible if you:
The study involves one two-hour session in Arjona 323, and you will receive $20 for participating.
During the session, you'll sit in a quiet sound booth, listen to short spoken number sequences played over different background sounds, and report what you heard. We will record EEG using small sensors placed on your scalp with some gel.
If you take medication for ADHD: if you already have days when you don't take it, those are the days we'd most like to schedule you, so please choose one of those days if you can. Do not change or skip your medication for this study. If that timing doesn't work for you, you may still be able to participate; we'll record what you're taking and carry on.
