Become a Werth Innovator and turn your curiosity into action! You’ll join a supportive cohort of first-year UConn students who are ready to create, experiment, and make an impact. Together, you’ll build entrepreneurial skills, connect with inspiring mentors, and explore the unique opportunities and challenges women face in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology.

- Launch you summer with a paid internship. Stay on campus one extra week in May, then continue working remotely full-time as you develop your idea and earn $4,000.

Who Should Apply?
The Werth Innovators program is all about fostering the next generation of UConn's innovative and entrepreneurial explorers. We provide the resources and support to help you accelerate your growth and make your mark.
- Current first-year UConn students.
- No major or GPA requirement but must be committed to UConn and the program if accepted.
- Passionate about curiosity, creativity, and innovation.
