  • 9/24 Join Us for a Free Screening of The Borinqueneers

    PRLACC (Puerto Rican/Latin American Cultural Center), the Asian American Cultural Center, UConn Library, and UConn’s Veterans & Military Programs invite you to a special screening of The Borinqueneers, an award-winning documentary about the all-Puerto Rican 65th Infantry Regiment and their service during the Korean War.

    Following the film, attendees will have the unique opportunity to hear from the film's producer and director, Noemi Figueroa Soulet, who will provide an introduction and participate in a Q&A discussion.
