UConn LMIG is an American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM)-affiliated organization focused on using lifestyle and preventative medicine, evidence-based nutrition, and wellness to improve patient care and public health. We’re open to students of all majors who are interested in health, medicine, or healthcare!
Throughout the year, members will have opportunities to attend graduate student and healthcare professional panels, student and faculty lecture series, volunteering events, cooking and wellness activities, and other professional development opportunities. LMIG also works to connect undergraduate students with the UConn School of Medicine and Department of Nutritional Sciences and provide opportunities to learn more about lifestyle medicine in a hands-on way.
Come meet us at Club Day on Wednesday, September 9th to learn more about LMIG and how to get involved!
