Cognitive Science Graduate Certificate – Apply by October 1
Current UConn graduate students are invited to apply for the Cognitive Science Graduate Certificate Program. Requiring just four courses (12 credits), the certificate provides an opportunity to expand your interdisciplinary training in cognitive science and complement your primary graduate degree.
Students complete the COGS 5001 Cognitive Science Proseminar and select three electives from 60+ approved coursesacross fields including psychological sciences, philosophy, anthropology, linguistics, education, communication, computer science and engineering, biomedical engineering, and speech, language, and hearing sciences.
Application Deadline: October 1, 2026
Current UConn graduate students receive an application fee waiver. Applications require a CV, brief personal statement, and two letters of recommendation.
