DNP student, Margaret Polius, APRN, passed her Final Defense Exam Presentation on Friday, August 7th, 2026. The title of her scholarly project was, "The H.E.A.L Project: Implementing A Standardized Evidence-Informed Intervention to Enhance the Mental Health and Well-Being of Immigrants in a Faith Community in Brooklyn, NY". Her Committee members were Drs. Joy Elwell (Major Advisor), Thomas L. Long (Associate Advisor, Anna Camacho (External Advisor), and Alexander Biscette (Mentor).
