UConn believes you should have an easy and affordable way to protect the investment your family has made in higher education. That’s why we have partnered with GradGuard who can provide you with tuition and/or renters insurance featuring special plans and rates not available to the general public.
Tuition Insurance - GradGuard can provide reimbursement for tuition, room, board, and other fees if you’re forced to withdraw due to a covered illness, injury, mental health condition, or other covered reason at any time during the covered term.
Renters Insurance – GradGuard renters insurance will help a student protect themselves and their property with an affordable plan. Renters insurance can cover personal computers, bicycles, text books, cell phones, school supplies, clothes and more. Renters insurance policies may be purchased for on campus and/or off campus living options.
