The Corpse Flower (Amorphophallus titanum) at the UConn Botanical Conservatory is projected to open within the next few days! This endangered plant is famous for its stunningly large inflorescence that has a strong, rotten smell. The Conservatory will be open for extended hours for this special occasion- until 2 am on the night of blooming. Regular hours are 8-4 on weekdays and 10-2pm on Saturdays.
