DNP student Sunitha Abraham passed her final exam on Thursday, April 16th. The title of the project is: “A Nurse Practitioner-led Quality Improvement Project to Deprescribe Empiric Antibiotics in Patients Discharged from the Emergency Department in the Setting of a Negative Urine Culture to Combat Antimicrobial Resistance." Sunitha's committee is composed of Dr. Joy Elwell, Valerie Kiefer, Jennifer Agatep, Eileen Reid, and Meliza Weir.
