On April 22, 2026, at 3:00pm the University will hold an in-person memorial service in the Student Union Ballroom. This will be an opportunity for the UConn community to remember the students who have passed during the current academic year. At this service we will remember the following students:

Leeha Reddy, Undergraduate, ACES, Hartford
Sean Riccard, Doctoral Student, Molecular & Cell Biology, Storrs
Zachary Rubin, Undergraduate, School of Fine Arts and School of Business, Storrs
The families, friends, faculty and staff connections of each student are invited to join us in this time of recognition and remembrance. The family members will be presented with a certificate of academic accomplishment to honor the effort that the students put into their studies while at UConn.
