Volunteer with Preschoolers with Preschool BookPals next fall!
Preschool BookPals supports local preschool children in developing their language and literacy skills. We do this through small group storybook reading and also through 1-1 play-based interactions. Children develop receptive and productive language and literacy skills while building and enjoying authentic relationships with their BookPals from UConn.
- We are currently recruiting volunteers for fall! (You may be able to be paid if you qualify for Federal Work-Study)
- Different teams go into the classroom Monday-Thursday 2-5pm, transportation is provided!
