Looking to get involved this semester and be a changemaker? Join UCMUN! UConn Model United Nations (UCMUN) is a student-led organization that promotes international awareness and engagement in political issues. We plan, organize, and host a Model United Nations conference for high school students every year. For UCMUN XXVIII, we have chosen the dates November 6th, 7th, and 8th for the conference. At this time, we are seeking applicants for substantive roles, specifically Topic Specialists. Position descriptions are listed on the UCMUN website. We meet on Thursdays at 6:30 pm in Monteith 112. If you have any interest at all, we highly recommend coming to our weekly meetings where you can sign up for a spot and/or get more information about the conference coming up in the fall.
