Eros and Psyche and Hans-my-Hedgehog are two installments of a four-part play cycle returning folklore from around the world to the stage, integrating human and puppet performers in a lively retelling of these often-forgotten stories. This staged reading features University of Connecticut student actors and original puppets designed by Puppet Arts students, with direction by Caitlin Ongley and scripts by Emily Finch.
Tickets are free and can be secured at the door before each show.
Performances will take place at the Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre on Friday, April 10th, at 7:00 pm, and Saturday, April 11th, at 2:00 pm.
