  • 4/18 2026 Annual James Malaney Fun Run

    The Pharmacy Student Government (PSG) holds an annual fun run (or walk!) to raise money for the James Malaney Memorial Scholarship Fund which supports students pursuing their Pharm.D. at UConn. This event honors the memory of James Malaney, a beloved member of the UConn School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences class of 2010. He fought a courageous battle with cancer and will always be remembered for his optimism, kind heart, and love for the outdoors and physical activity.

    Join us rain or shine on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Lobby (69 North Eagleville Rd, Storrs, CT 06269).

     

    Additional Details:

    • Check-in will start at 10 AM and the event will start promptly at 11 AM
    • Gansett wraps and refreshments will be available after the event
    • Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in both women's and men's divisions
    • The route will take place around horsebarn hill
    • T-shirts are available for purchase, however, are limited in quantity and size so get one while you can!
