  • 4/7 Gerson Irish Reader 2026: Luke Morgan

    Irish poet Luke Morgan is Gerson Irish Reader 2026
    6:00pm reception to honor Mr. Morgan, followed by his 7:00pm poetry reading at the Benton Museum
     
    The Director of Creative Writing, Sean Forbes, will introduce Morgan.
     
    Winner of the 2025 O’Shaughnessy Award for Poetry, Morgan will read from Blood Atlas (2025, Arlen House), an odyssey through lineage, legacy, and language that journeys from Kathmandu to the poet's hometown in County Galway.
