  • 3/26 Mindfulness Your Way: Holistic Huskies Drop-Ins

    Join the Holistic Huskies (Student Health and Wellness' Mental Well-being Peer Health Educators) in the Homer Babbidge Library Rm 1131 on the following Thursdays from 12–2pm to learn mindfulness basics, practice breathing and grounding exercises, and take a moment to reset in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. All experience levels are welcome.
