With the many talents UConn's Fine Arts departments, this production will delight audiences with its lovely lighting, design and art installation, hilarious acting and puppet enactment, and of course, the timeless operatic song and dance of Johann Strauss II!

Die Fledermaus tells the story of Dr. Falke, a notary, getting revenge on his best friend Eisenstein after leaving him in a bat costume while he was drunk after a party one night. The comedic opera consists of a love triangle, waltzing, a prince, and a puppy.
