Frontiers is the annual University-wide showcase of undergraduate research and creative activity at UConn. Frontiers provides opportunities for UConn’s talented undergraduate students to share their research and creative projects with the university community. For spring 2026, Frontiers exhibitions will be held in-person at three UConn campuses in addition to an online exhibition.
- The 2nd annual Frontiers poster exhibition at the Waterbury campus will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
- The 29th annual Frontiers poster exhibition at the Storrs campus will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
- The 5th annual Frontiers poster exhibition at the Stamford campus will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
- An online exhibition will go live on Wednesday, April 15. This exhibition will include posters and short video presentations shared by students on the Frontiers website.
The Frontiers submission form is now OPEN. Students, please complete this form as soon as possible and no later than March 16, 2026, if you wish to present your research/creative project. All students interested in presenting, either in-person or via the online exhibition, must complete a brief submission form. This includes students required to present as a condition of receiving OUR funding (e.g., IDEA, SURF, HRP, SHARE, Conference Presentation/Supply Awards).
