NEW!! * Effective 3/5/26 *
Starting April 2026, eRefunds in Flywire will replace direct deposit in Student Administration. All refunds will be processed through Flywire. If you are expecting a refund due to excess financial aid or other reasons, eRefunds is the quickest, easiest, and most secure way to receive your refund directly to your bank account!
Students: ALL students that signed up for direct deposit in Student Administration and wish to continue receiving their overpayment refunds electronically, MUST reenroll in eRefunds. Students can sign up for eRefunds now by logging into their Student Administration account, navigate to Bursar Services, click "Sign up for eRefunds" and click the eRefunds tab in the payment portal, Flywire, to enroll. Banking information WILL NOT transfer from Student Administration to the new platform in Flywire.
Authorized Users (Parents & Guardians): Authorized Users can now enroll for eRefunds for Parent Plus Loan refunds in the payment portal, Flywire, to ensure future refunds arrive smoothly and quickly! Sign up for eRefunds by logging into your Flywire account and click the eRefunds tab to enroll.
Authorized Users must provide their zip code and the last 4 digits of their social security number that was provided when setting up their Parent Plus Loan. If the zip code and 4 digits of the SSN do not match when refund is initiated, the Authorized User will then receive a paper check to the address provided when taking out the loan.
