Accepted Donation Items - NEW ITEMS ONLY
BFL assembles three types of kits. Below is the list of items needed to complete each kit.
Gallon-size storage bags are also needed to assemble the kits.
Kit #1 – Regular-Size Toiletry Items
- Shampoo/Conditioner combo
- Body lotion
- Shaving cream
- Razors (2‑blade minimum)
- Hairspray or gel
- Toothpaste & toothbrush
- Dental floss or floss picks
- Travel-size hand sanitizer
Kit #2 – Warmth & Daily Essentials
- Deodorant
- Bar soap with container
- Socks
- Hand & foot warmers
- Gloves
- Watch cap (hat)
- Rain poncho
- Small umbrella
Kit #3 – Personal Care & Support Items
- Nail clipper
- Lip balm
- Body wipes
- Hairbrush or comb
- Notebook & pens
- Mini flashlight with batteries
- Small travel-size first aid kit
- Food or gas gift cards ($10–$25)
Monetary donations help purchase kits valued at $50 each or complete backpacks valued at $100 each.
