Join us for a special screening of The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, a groundbreaking documentary that addresses the often-ignored health crisis of menopause. The film highlights its impact on millions of women and calls for greater awareness, education, and quality care. Following the screening is a moderated discussion with health professionals, educators, and UConn alumni that will explore key themes from the film and offer opportunities for reflection and dialogue. Attendees will also learn how the UConn Health Disparities Institute (HDI) is leading menopause equity work through research, education, and community engagement. This event is held in collaboration with UConn’s Health Disparities Institute Menopause Equity Initiative and the UConn Office for Inclusion and Civil Rights.

Free and open to the public, space is limited. Light refreshments and desserts will be provided.
