Here at UConn, we recognize the importance of community: be it our community of friends, teammates, cultures, or Huskies. It is important that we all look out for one another and step in to help when needed. This is a movement to keep ourselves from being hurt. Be it sexual assault, discrimination, depression, drunk driving, hazing, or any other situation that might come to hurt us, together we will overcome.
With any movement, it is important that we, the people, are involved. This is why we are asking you to help shape our future. This is your opportunity to positively contribute to something that will make a difference. We need a name for our movement.
