When: Wednesday, March 4th
Time: 4 pm to 6 pm
Where: Wilson Hall 113A
Event Description: Join us for free food, learning, and an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the opioid crisis. In partnership with SERAC, we are offering a free screening of Tipping the Pain Scale, a documentary that explores the opioid crisis through personal stories and expert insight, highlighting the impact of pain, substance use, and recovery. Following the film, stay for a free Naloxone (Narcan) training to learn how to recognize an opioid overdose and respond safely and effectively. Naloxone is an easy-to-use medication that can reverse an overdose and save a life. This event promotes awareness, reduces stigma, and equips our campus community with tools to support one another.
